Summer Kitchen and Pool, 100 m², Pula
In designing the outdoor area, we adapted the concept to the existing architecture of the 1980s house. Sloped roofs and reddish-brown tiles determined the stylistic direction — Mediterranean, warm yet bright, with stone and coastal influences.
The pool was designed in light stone tones, allowing the water to take on a turquoise hue. The color of the pool depends on its size, depth, and orientation, but the most significant factor is the color of the chosen ceramic or finishing material. Selecting the right surface is a precise and demanding process, as it ultimately defines the desired tone of the water.
The entire terrace is clad in the same ceramic in three different formats, and through this laying technique, we approached the style of modern Mediterranean Tuscany. Modern design and traditional values are harmoniously combined in this beautiful courtyard.
The well-oriented terrace accommodates a summer kitchen built from modern outdoor materials resistant to moisture, rain, and sun. It is a space that naturally invites gatherings — whether for a barbecue or preparing fresh seafood in true Mediterranean spirit.
