Conceptual design

The conceptual design project is the first and key step in collaboration with the client.

At this stage, the designer develops the overall concept of the space, a preliminary furniture layout, selects colors, materials, and stylistic direction, often supported by 3D visualizations to provide a clearer understanding of the proposal.

The concept design serves as the foundation for all further decisions — allowing the client to review the direction of the design, request adjustments, and approve the solution before moving to the detailed execution project or beginning construction work.

The goal is to define a clear vision of the space and align expectations with practical implementation possibilities.

• Preparation of the existing condition plan.
• Preparation of the new layout plan (including construction or removal of walls).
• Furniture layout plan with dimensions.
• Selection of flooring materials.
• Selection of wall finishes (decor, paint, ceramics, panels, wallpapers, etc.).
• Kitchen design with selection of materials and colors.
• Design of furniture for living rooms, bedrooms, offices, or specialized spaces according to the client’s individual needs; selection of finishes, materials, and colors.
• Furniture drawings for carpentry production, presented in floor plans, sections, and 3D models.
• Bathroom design.
• Determination of lighting positions and lighting fixture proposals.
• Visualizations (renders) of each room from two perspectives.
