This stunning villa represents a harmonious blend of authentic heritage and contemporary luxury, seamlessly integrated into the tranquil landscape of Mediterranean greenery.
During the renovation of the Istrian villa, we incorporated a complete range of amenities aligned with modern design standards: a swimming pool, SPA center, banquet hall, restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace, bar, wine bar, and sports area.
The restored stone villa radiates the character of traditional Istria — massive stone walls have been preserved, and architectural details carefully restored to maintain the building’s original charm. Pastel shutters and Mediterranean-style terraces create an atmosphere of timeless elegance. The house appears as a harmonious composition of natural tones and textures, surrounded by lush greenery, flowering shrubs, and cypress trees that emphasize the Mediterranean identity of the location.
Adjacent to the villa is an outdoor pool designed as a true relaxation oasis, where elegant design and natural surroundings complement each other. The lines are clean and modern, and every element has been thoughtfully selected to create a serene atmosphere.
The pool is surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area finished in warm-toned ceramics, contrasting with the cool reflective surface of the water. Along one side, a row of comfortable loungers with thick cushions and minimalist frames is arranged in a perfect rhythm. Neutral-toned umbrellas provide both atmosphere and essential sun protection.
On the opposite side of the pool, we introduced a contemporary lounge area with comfortable seating in natural earthy tones, inviting guests to relax by the water, enjoy a glass of wine, and socialize at sunset.
Special emphasis is placed on the SPA zone, which represents a perfect balance between modern design and authentic Istrian architecture.
The glass structure, with its elegant minimalist lines, resembles a modern pavilion immersed in a traditional stone environment. Transparent surfaces allow abundant natural light, blur the boundary between interior and exterior, and create a strong connection with the surrounding Mediterranean vegetation.
Light white curtains, giving the impression of a floating oasis, functionally zone the space while allowing guests to relax in an environment that feels both intimate and airy.
Wooden flooring, a reception desk clad in Istrian stone, a built-in jacuzzi, sauna, light-toned minimalist loungers, modern sofas in natural gray shades, and stone-effect walls together create a perfectly harmonious SPA environment. The space is exclusive, contemporary, open, and airy, yet authentically rooted — elevating the holiday experience to a higher level and immersing guests in the calming rhythm of the Istrian ambiance.
